Join our free courses, delivered by global experts, within designated programmes tailored to enhance your CV and boost your employment prospects. Once accepted, you can begin your learning journey at any time throughout the year. The duration of the programme varies based on your chosen path, but we will support you every step of the way, closely monitoring your progress to help you achieve your goals.
1.Can I enrol in more than one programme at the same time?
- Our policy allows learners to enrol in one programme at a time. Once you finish your current programme, you can enrol in the next one.
2.How can I change the language on Coursera?
Follow these steps to change the language on Coursera:
- Go to the Coursera homepage: Open Coursera in your browser.
- Locate the language selector: On the top-right corner of the page, you will see the current language.
- Click on the language: Click on the language option, and a dropdown menu will appear.
- Select your preferred language: Choose your desired language from the list.
3.How can I verify my identity?
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll down to the Identity Verification section (you will only see this if you are enrolled in a category that requires it).
- Click on "Verify My Identity" to start the process.
4.What is the verification process?
Coursera uses a secure system called "Persona" for identity verification. To complete this, you will need to provide:
- Your first and last name, date of birth, and the country that issued your ID.
- A photo of your ID.
5.How can I access and manage my certificates?
Follow these steps to view and manage your certificates:
- Verify your name: Ensure your name is verified in your account settings.
- Access Settings: Go to the Settings section of your account.
- Select Accomplishments: Click on the Accomplishments tab to view your certificates.
6.Why am I being asked to pay for the certificate?
This may happen for the following reasons:
- You are enrolled in a course that was not assigned to you by our programme, which requires payment of the associated fees.
- If the course is part of the programmes we offer, this issue can be resolved by contacting the project team.
- Please email us at knowledgeproject@undp.org and we will review your case and assign the programme to you if applicable.
7.I have completed my current programme. What should I do next?
- Ensure you have received all your certificates.
- Make sure you have enrolled for the badge.
- If you are interested in registering for another programme, you can contact us via email at: knowledgeproject@undp.org
8.I have not received the badge after completing the programme. What should I do?
- First, ensure that you have completed the identity verification process.
- Confirm that you have finished all the courses within your programme.
- Ensure that you have enrolled in the digital badge programme to receive it upon programme completion.
9.I cannot access my programme from the Coursera application on my phone.
- If you are unable to access your programme, first uninstall the application from your device.
- Next, use the activation link in your acceptance email to activate your account through a web browser.
- Once your account is activated, reinstall the app and check for the 'Knowledge Project' logo on the content page.
10.I have a question that is not listed here, what should I do?
